By accessing or using any Bikmind website, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Certain Bikmind products, including Tranory, may have additional product-specific terms or subscription agreements. Where conflicts arise, product-specific terms will govern for that product.

Use of Website

Bikmind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and products for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other materials provided by Bikmind are owned by or licensed to Bikmind and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Bikmind name, logo, and product names — including Tranory — may not be used without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or proprietary materials except as necessary to use our services as intended.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through our products, such as trade journal entries in Tranory. By submitting content, you grant Bikmind a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the relevant service.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Bikmind without obligation or compensation to you.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bikmind.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When using Tranory or other Bikmind products, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions you make based on information displayed within the application. Tranory is a journaling and analytics tool — it does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Use our products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Back up important data where appropriate and understand that service interruptions may occur.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users and third parties.

Third-Party Links

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations that are not owned or controlled by Bikmind. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Tranory may integrate with external tools or allow export of data to third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party service you choose to use.

Bikmind services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, analytics, or insights generated within our products.

Tranory disclaimer: Tranory is designed to help traders document and analyze their trading activity. It is not a brokerage, financial advisory service, or investment platform. Nothing in Tranory constitutes financial advice, and past performance documented in the application does not guarantee future results. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bikmind and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Bikmind for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bikmind operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bikmind services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice through our website, email, or in-product notifications.

Your continued use of Bikmind services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.

As Bikmind introduces new products beyond Tranory, we may publish supplemental terms that apply to those products. Such terms will be incorporated by reference where indicated.
